Here is my case. I bought VIVO chip with 3GB/week of internet. After 50MB and 1 day, it stopped working. I am leaving Brazil tomorrow, but it might be a good for other Brazil visitors to know how can they resolve such issues. I tried all different options via web site and SMS, but nothing worked.

P.S. Brazil have millions of international visitors each year, so it might be a good option to have at least one English speaking phone agent per company.

When you bought the sim card, how was it configured?

I bought card on Friday, it was working on Saturday, but it stopped working in the afternoon. I can still use whatsapp or receive SMS, so I guess it's configured properly. I just do not have general internet, seems like my plan is not activated at all. I even tried to recharge it online (it's prepaid card), but that also failed.
